A magnificient tour to the West coast of Sweden – Bohuslän

Join us on this magnificent tour to the exotic islands north west of Göteborg.

We set off at around 9.15 a.m. and in less than an hour we´ll drive across the impressive bridges, to the island of Tjörn, passing the fjords that separates the islands from the mainland. Breathtaking views at the photo stop. In another 20 min. we´ll leave the bus and get onboard the small ferry boat which takes us to the island of Åstol, an old fishing village. On Åstol we´ll have a guided tour and then visit the well known Smoke-house / Rökeriet/ and have a seafood lunch in the popular restaurant. We return by boat to Tjörn and after a short drive in the coach we´ll reach Skärhamn which is also an old fishing village but above all well known for the Nordic Watercolour Museum, situated right by the waterfront and in the Restaurant “Water/Vatten” we´ll have coffee/tea with some Swedish delight. Afterwards you are free to explore the village or visit the museum on your own (entrance approx.  50 SEK is not included in the trip). The drive back to Göteborg takes about an hour and we will be back at around 5 pm.
